How to get both him and her in the mood.
Turn on Your Partner

It is argued by many that ambience plays just as big a part in a love making experience as any other aspect of sex and yet it is often completely overlooked.
The key to creating the right atmosphere is to think about the five senses and try to create an atmosphere that appeals to all of them.

5 Common Sex Questions and Answer

0 comments Posted by Unknown on Monday, March 17, 2014

Why is sex painful:

Sex can be painful for some, especially the first time you do it. But sex isn't a painful act on the whole. It's supposed to give you pleasure. Some people experience anxiety, nervousness and tension during sex. This tightens the muscles of the vagina, making penetration difficult. This is what causes pain," says gynecologist Dr Srishti Jain. Stop worrying about sex and it will automatically be pleasurable and not cause pain.

Female Reproductive System

0 comments Posted by Unknown on Tuesday, March 04, 2014
The female reproductive system is designed to carry out several functions. It produces the female egg cells necessary for reproduction, called the ova or oocytes. The system is designed to transport the ova to the site of fertilization. Conception, the fertilization of an egg by a sperm, normally occurs in the fallopian tubes. After conception, the uterus offers a safe and favorable environment for a baby to develop before it is time for it to make its way into the outside world.

Can First Time Sex Hurt Women? Expressions of First Time Sex

1 comments Posted by Unknown on Saturday, February 22, 2014
The first time you have sex, it's not all smooth sailing. In fact, many fears are attached to it. Dr Mahinder Watsa tells you what to expect (and what not to expect) the first time you get intimate with someone.

There'll be many a slip

Everybody wants their first time to be perfect. Some even envision it to be some kind of fairytale moment. Nothing wrong with that, but one should know that there could be slip-ups, all the same. The man often wishes intercourse to last longer, but if he achieves orgasm early (presumably due to a rush of excitement), it is okay!

1. Orgasm triggers:

Similar to how smiling even if you aren’t happy will elicit the feeling of happiness as your brain associates the action with the response, as will simulating and exaggerating the sounds, motions, and other responses that happen when you orgasm. Better yet: you can train yourself (alone or with a partner) by having certain stimuli present while you’re climaxing (words, actions, positions, whatever).

0 comments Posted by Unknown on Wednesday, February 19, 2014
What is the true nature of female sexuality? When it comes to women's priorities, why, once in a secure relationship, is sex no longer on top? Exploring what defines women's libido and why it becomes depleted, I investigate whether we have unrealistic expectations about our sex drive, who defines what is normal and abnormal, and if 'low libido' is in fact the natural order of things. I also provide concrete ways women can work toward defining their own jouissance--a personalized female sexuality that can lead to a more sensual, vibrant life.

Reality - Females masturbate as much as males do. However, they tend to report it less than males due to the social stigma attached to it.

Also it has been observed that females tend to reduce or discontinue masturbation once they get into meaningful sexual relationships.

Surprising Health Benefits of Sex

0 comments Posted by Unknown on Sunday, February 16, 2014
When you're in the mood, it's a sure bet that the last thing on your mind is boosting your immune system or maintaining a healthy weight. Yet good sex offers those health benefits and more. That's a surprise to many people, says Joy Davidson, PhD, a New York psychologist and sex therapist. 'Of course, sex is everywhere in the media,' she says. 'But the idea that we are vital, sexual creatures is still looked at in some cases with disgust or in other cases a bit of embarrassment.

So to really take a look at how our sexuality adds to our life and enhances our life and our health, both physical and psychological, is eye-opening for many people.'

Can First Intercourse Painful and Hurt ?

0 comments Posted by Unknown on Friday, February 14, 2014

Vaginal sex for the first time can be a little painful for the girl and she may bleed a little, but this isn’t always the case. The bleeding usually occurs because the girl’s hymen has been broken during sexual intercourse.

The hymen is a small piece of thin skin (membrane) that can either partially or totally cover the entrance to the vagina. Sometimes a girl might already have broken her hymen without knowing about it, e.g. when playing sports or using a tampon.
