Health is defined in the English dictionary as the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit and a flourishing condition of well being. The concept of health and what health means to you may not be something you have given much thought or consideration to, but if you
sit with the question long enough, you may find some interesting and insightful answers, as well as a more clear direction with your own health.
