Banana Colada Smoothies: Healthy Shake

Shake or Juice (Smoothies) are not beverages, they're meal replacements, so keep their nutrition facts in mind when considering your overall diet plan.
This alcohol-free version brings the flavors of the tropics together. Choose a very ripe banana to sweeten this smoothie up even more.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe banana 
  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice 
  • 1 (8 ounces) container coconut-flavored yogurt 
  • 1 cup crushed ice  

Step by Step Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately in a large chilled glass.
